For the last six years I have been gifting auction prizes to the incredible charity Cancer Support Yorkshire for their annual ladies pink lunch. I work with a number of charities in the area and the mutual support can’t be bought – it’s wonderful to be able to give back a little something once in a while….
This Spring Family Portrait Photography session was won by Kathy and she used the session for her daughter and family who came to visit in April last year. We all met at the St Ives Estate in Bingley for a couple of hours fun. Kathy joined us for the photography session and it was lovely to capture the children with their parents and grandma – a rare occasion especially as they lived in London.
I like to keep my photography sessions very relaxed and completely work at the speed of the children, so we played a few games, fed the ducks, visited the bird hide and explored a few fallen trees. We also enjoyed a little cuppa in the Ivy Kitchen cafe. The family were delighted with their photographs and their framed fine art print was safely delivered and hangs in pride of place in their lovely home. Here are a few of their (and mine) favourite memories from the day.
I would love to capture your family connections – whatever the age of your family members – and produce some beautiful prints that you can enjoy for years to come. Please contact me today to discuss your family portrait session and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.
