Family photoshoot Yorkshire Sculpture Park

I love photographing the connections and emotions within a family.  This Wakefield family chose the iconic Yorkshire Sculpture Park for their portrait photography session because it is a place they love to visit as a family. Spring is a very popular time for my family portrait sessions and May is one of my favourite months too – so this was the perfect combination. The Sculpture Park is so beautiful, from the rolling parklands scattered with sculptures and nature trails to the art galleries – a day out here is always successful. We had a great Sunday morning, walking through the woods chatting about friends and school. We played a game of hide and seek amongst the stunning sculptures and the girls walked Hershey their gorgeous dog. I just love the varied selection of images from the day… and the connection between the girls and their beautiful dog.

I love the photos that we’ve selected below – I hope you enjoy them too!

If you’d like me to capture some special moments for you and your family and turn them into timeless pieces of art then please do get contact me using the form here or give me a call on 07947 160185 and I’d be delighted to chat through your thoughts and get you booked in for 2020! Thanks Cecilia x
