This little girl was a bundle of joy to photograph on this multi generation portrait session in the summer. I was delighted when Eileen contacted me – she had won one of my portrait photography prizes in the silent auction that I donate twice a year to the Bradford Cancer Support charity.
When I arrived, on this lovely sunny day, we started the morning with a cuppa (as always) whilst I got to know the family a little bit more before I started taking the photographs. This gorgeous giggly little girl was accompanied by her parents and grandparents and we spent around three hours together photographing inside and out, playing games, reading lots of lovely books and spotting the wildlife outside.
When I’m photographing families, I always seek to capture the family emotions and connections to tell their unique story. Here you will see the bond between the little girl and her parents, and also the heart warming connection with her grandparents too… I hope you enjoy their story, thanks x
