In early October, I had the pleasure of capturing some very special memories for the fabulous couple – Helen & Nat at their wedding held at The Angel Inn, Hetton. When I arrived, I was instantly made to feel welcome by the wedding party and the fun started straight away. Helen was busy getting ready with her bridesmaid and best friends and Nat was putting the finishing touches to his outfit too! The couple had ordered 3ft white balloons and I was determined that I’d use these in a few shots. The ceremony was held in the candlelit wine cellar, then we moved across the road for afternoon tea (scones & jam – my favourite!).
We went a little walk through Hetton to a lovely path that we’d spotted a few weeks earlier when I met them at their consultation session. Helen & Nat were dying to show me the dance routine they had planned for the evening, so after a few quite moments they burst into song. After the scrumptious meal and speeches back at The Angel Inn, they headed off to Cracoe village hall – which had been decorated with bunting, balloons and pom poms. The vintage evening reception was amazing, with cup cakes, Victoria sponge cakes and a sweet stall. I’m delighted to have been asked to capture the precious memories of this day and as such I’d like to share a few of these now.. please feel free to leave any comments.
